Back from Mimi's and Gator's
Well, here I am again. After a great week at Mimi's and Gator's. This is a picture of me with my best friend Jessica. She came to stay with me this week, while everyone else was working. We had some good times, but it got cold and that curtailed some of our activities. Instead of Jessica and me getting downtown to see all the Memorials, Mimi took us on a driving tour of the Capitol instead. You know the type - over there is the Lincoln Memorial and there is the Vietnam Memorial, but you can't see it from the car, etc, etc. Anyway, Jessica did get to see some of the sights and we all agreed it was too cold to get out and stroll around. It was cool though, and besides Jessica is the best choo-choo train track builder around.
On Saturday, Mom and I returned to sunny southern California. Only to find the rain. At least it was warm again. My Dad got home from his trip and we are all back together. This is a picture of Mimi's and Gator's dog - Gus. I know he won't miss me. It seemed like I was a little too rambucous for him. During the day when Gator and Mimi weren't home, Gus would disappear upstairs and not come down until the grown ups starting getting home from work. It isn't that he doesn't like me, I think I just made a lot of noise and disturbed his naps. Anyway, I'll miss Gus. That is about all the news from here. I hope you all are having a great day, and a great week. I know I am. Love, Thomas
